Can I Submit Multiple Withdrawal Requests?
You are limited to submitting a single withdrawal request per payment cycle.
Should you decide to submit another withdrawal request within the same payment cycle (either between the 1st and 15th or the 16th and 30/31st), this will not be classified as a fresh withdrawal. Instead, it will entail modifying the initial withdrawal request you made.
How Can I Modify or Cancel a Withdrawal Request?
To edit or cancel a withdrawal request, follow these steps:
- Navigate to "My Wallet."
- Access "Withdrawal History."
- Click on "View Details" for the specific request that is labeled as "Pending Approval."
Within this interface, you will find the options to either "Edit" or "Cancel" the pending withdrawal request.
