To receive payments via Payoneer or Bank transfer through Rubilan, you must possess a valid Payoneer Account capable of receiving funds. While most countries can use Payoneer, specific requirements might vary based on different countries.
How to Connect a Payoneer Account:

Access your Withdrawal Settings.

If you already possess a Payoneer account, select "Connect."
You will be redirected to the Payoneer website. Follow the provided instructions to either create or connect your account. After your account is successfully connected, Rubilan will be able to initiate payments to you.

If you do not have a Payoneer account, click on "Create an Account."
Please note:
- New applications will be reviewed within several business days. Once reviewed, you'll receive a confirmation email with further details. In some cases, additional information, such as a copy of your ID, Certificate of Incorporation, bank statement, or other documents, may be required.
- After submitting your Payoneer application, you can monitor your account status and transaction history by logging into your Payoneer Account through "My Account" (http://myaccount.payoneer.com).
Payoneer provides options for transferring funds to other individuals' Payoneer accounts or withdrawing funds to:
- Local bank accounts
- Prepaid MasterCard® card
Bank Transfer via Payoneer:
To utilize your Payoneer account for receiving bank transfers, you'll need to add your bank information to your Payoneer account. This typically includes:
- Bank name
- Name registered on your bank account
- Account number
Additional details might be required based on your location.
Once this information is added, you can also link your Payoneer account to Rubilan for Bank Transfers.

Your Payoneer data is securely maintained by Payoneer. If you need to modify or update your information, including your Payoneer email address, you must log in to your Payoneer account via the Payoneer website. Rubilan does not store this data, so updates cannot be made directly on the Rubilan platform.

Payoneer's Fee Structure:
Payoneer fees vary based on the method and payment period:

Payoneer account (Withdraw from your Rubilan Wallet to your Payoneer account): Twice per month
- $3 USD flat fee for each transfer from Rubilan to your Payoneer account.
- For instance, if a teacher withdraws $100 USD in Rubilan Credits to a Payoneer account, Rubilan will send $100 USD, and Payoneer will charge a $3 USD flat fee.
- The teacher would receive $97 USD after the Payoneer fee is applied.

Bank Transfer (Withdraw from your Rubilan Wallet to your bank account, supported by Payoneer): Twice per month
- Fees vary based on the transfer destination and method. It could involve flat fees or currency conversion rates. Refer to the Payoneer website for specific fee details.
How to Submit a Withdrawal Request using Payoneer:
- Access "My Wallet."
- Click on "Withdraw" next to "My Balance."
- Choose Payoneer as your withdrawal method.
Click "Create an account" or "Connect" if you haven't used this method previously.
