What's Changing:Commencing January 4, 2021, teacher withdrawals directed to PayPal accounts will undergo processing directly through Hyperwallet. This transition comes with a reduced processing fee of 1.5%, offering a significant improvement compared to PayPal's 2% fee.

This evolution will be gradually rolled out to all teachers.

Steps to Take:

  1. Access Teacher Settings: Visit the Teacher Settings page and navigate to Withdrawal by clicking on this link: Teacher Settings - Withdrawal.

  2. Manage Your PayPal Settings:

    • Connect or Update PayPal: Choose to either establish a connection with your existing PayPal account or update your current connection.

  3. Verification Process:

    • Enter Personal Information: Input your personal details for verification.
    • Profile Creation: Complete the verification process to create your profile.

  4. PayPal Account Details:

    • Confirm Your Details: Verify the following information:
      • Your PayPal account particulars
      • Your country (matching your PayPal details)
      • Your Rubilan password
