Payment Timelines
For PayPal, Payoneer, and bank transfers (via Payoneer), withdrawals are processed twice a month.
If you submit a request...
Payment will be sent...
Between the 1st and 15th of the month
Between the 16th and 26th (latest by the 26th)
Between the 16th and 30/31st of the month
Between the 1st and 10th (latest by the 10th) of the next month
Given that our teachers span various time zones, we calculate the initial and final dates of the month based on UTC (+0) (Coordinated Universal Time).
For instance, if you initiate a withdrawal request through PayPal or Payoneer on the 12th, we will gather the request on the 15th (the withdrawal deadline date). Payment will be dispatched anytime between the 16th and the 26th.
How to Monitor Your Payment Status
Upon submitting your withdrawal request, you can monitor your payment status by accessing the "Withdrawal History" section on your My Wallet page.
To ascertain your anticipated payment date and time, simply click on "View Details."
Payment Status Definitions
Status: Pending Approval
Should your withdrawal request be pending approval (meaning it hasn't undergone processing yet), you retain the ability to modify the following:
- The payment method
- The payment account email address
- The payment amount
Cancellation of the request is also feasible. For those aiming for an express withdrawal, this option is only accessible during the pending approval phase.
Can I Make Multiple Withdrawal Requests?
Only one withdrawal request can be submitted per payment cycle.
Should you opt to submit another withdrawal request within the same payment cycle (either between the 1st and 15th or the 16th and 30/31st), this will not be treated as a fresh withdrawal. Instead, it will modify your initial withdrawal request.
Status: Payment Pending
When your withdrawal request is labeled as payment pending, you will not be able to:
- Revise your request
- Cancel your request
- Opt for an express withdrawal
If you're interested in an express withdrawal, you can contact us to cancel it on your behalf, subsequently enabling you to initiate an express withdrawal.
If you don't cancel your withdrawal request, your payment will be sent during the 10-day payment period.
Status: Completed
This signifies that your payment has been successfully dispatched to you.
Status: Canceled
Cancellation of a withdrawal request is typically attributed to one of two reasons:
- Incomplete or incorrect payment information prevents the payment from being sent. Please reach out to us to rectify your payment withdrawal details if you encounter this scenario.
- Personal cancellation of your withdrawal request.
