Rubilan requires a Payoneer account for all bank transfer requests. If Payoneer isn't available in your country, please consider an alternative Payment Provider or reach out to Rubilan support for assistance.

Bank Transfer via Payoneer:

  • Bank Transfer by Payoneer is applicable for withdrawals of $30 USD in Rubilan Credits or more. If this poses an issue, kindly contact support directly.
  • If you haven't created a Payoneer account yet, initiate this process at least a week before your intended withdrawal request, as Payoneer might take a few days to verify your account.
  • Bank Transfer requests via Payoneer are compiled twice a month, on the 15th and the last day (30th / 31st) of each month. These requests are coordinated with UTC+0 time, so please plan accordingly.
  • All payments will be dispatched within the following 10 days. Therefore, your payment will be sent by the 26th (if submitted before the 15th) or by the 10th of the subsequent month (if submitted towards the month-end). Allow a few extra days for the payment to reflect in your bank account. For more details on Rubilan's payment schedule, refer to: When will I receive my payment?

Rubilan conducts funds transfers in USD. Depending on your country and the currency you're requesting, distinct fees will be applicable, categorized as: $1.5 total, $3+conversion rate, and $15+intermediary bank fees.

  • For USD transfers to the United States (ACH):

  • Local Bank Transfers:

    • For receiving bank transfers in the local currency to a local bank account, the fee is $3.00. An additional currency exchange fee of about 2% (based on the required currency) will apply.
