To terminate a package lesson on Rubilan, either the teacher or the student can follow these steps:
- Go to "My Lessons" and find the "Package" list.
- Locate the Package you want to terminate and click on its page.
- Click on "Request to Terminate Package."
However, before initiating the termination request, we highly recommend communicating with the teacher to discuss the reasons for the termination. It's essential to be aware that the refund amount in Rubilan Credits depends on the reason for terminating the Package. Teachers often offer Packages at discounted prices, so the refund process will vary based on the situation.
Select your desired solution:
- Pay the completed lessons at the single lesson price (unit price) - If you (the student) are the one who doesn't want to continue with the Package.
- Pay the completed lessons at the package lesson price (average price) - If the teacher is the one who couldn't fulfill the lessons in the Package.
Waiting for response:
After submitting the Termination Request, the other party has 3 days to respond:
- If the other party agrees, the package will be terminated accordingly, and the credits will be refunded to your Student Wallet.
- If the other party rejects the termination request, the package will turn into a Package Dispute.
- If there is no response from the other party after 3 days, the package will be terminated in the requester's favor, and the credits will be refunded to the student's Student Wallet.
