When a request to terminate a package is initiated but is declined by the other party involved, the situation results in a package dispute. To circumvent such disputes, it is strongly recommended to engage in thorough communication with the other party prior to making any termination decisions.
The party initiating the termination will be sent an email by Rubilan, requesting an explanation and reason for their decision. While it's optional for the opposing party to also contact Rubilan's support team to elucidate their stance on declining the termination request, this additional step can provide context. Within three days from the dispute date, Rubilan's support team will review the available information and reach a decision regarding the allocation of Rubilan credits. Please be advised that once a decision is made, it is considered final.
Here's how the termination process affects credit distribution:
-
If the student opts not to continue: The termination will result in compensation based on the single lesson price (unit price) for completed lessons.
-
If the teacher chooses not to continue or is unable to fulfill the lessons: The termination will lead to compensation based on the package lesson price (average price) for completed lessons.
Furthermore, upon termination, any credits from incomplete lessons will be transferred to the student's Rubilan Student Wallet.
In cases where neither party responds to the dispute within a three-day period, the termination request will be nullified, and the package will resume its original validity.
