Extending a Package - Timing and Procedure:
Extending a package is an option available to both teachers and students, and it can be done within a 30-day window leading up to the Package's expiration date. It's important to note that a reminder will be sent to students both one month and one week before the expiration date. During this 30-day period, you will find a "Request Extension” button that facilitates the process.
Guidelines for Requesting a Package Extension:
-
Mutual Agreement: An extension of one month can be requested if both the teacher and the student agree to it. If an agreement is not reached, the package will naturally expire on the original expiration date.
-
Single Extension Opportunity: Both teachers and students are allowed a single chance to request an extension for a package.
-
Automatic Acceptance Mechanism: If the other party does not respond to your extension request within three days, the request will be automatically accepted.
-
Consequences of Inaction: If neither the student nor the teacher takes any action before the Package expiration date, the following policies will apply:
a. For packages purchased before March 15th, 2023 (UTC+0), the credits from unscheduled lessons will be credited to the teacher.
b. For packages purchased after March 15th, 2023 (UTC+0), the following policies will apply
Please take into consideration that the Package expiration date will not impact any upcoming lessons that you have already successfully booked. However, if you have sent a lesson request that has not been accepted by your teacher and the Package is close to expiring, the Package may expire before your requested lesson date.
