On Rubilan, adjustments to a lesson can be made up to 24 hours before its scheduled start time. Should your lesson fall beyond this 24-hour window, you have the option to visit the lesson page and initiate a "change date/time" request or opt to "cancel the lesson."

For both Students and Teachers, a single opportunity is provided to request a lesson cancellation. Upon submitting this request, the lesson will be promptly canceled, and the associated lesson credits will be returned to the Student Wallet. Should you opt for a "change date/time," the rescheduling of the lesson is contingent upon mutual agreement between both parties. In the absence of agreement, the lesson will proceed as originally scheduled.

It is important to note that lessons set to commence within the next 24 hours cannot be altered or canceled.

Following each lesson, a "there was a problem" button will be accessible to both teachers and students. This feature allows either party to propose a lesson rescheduling or refund request within a 72-hour timeframe. Further details can be found in the "How to report a lesson problem?" section.
