When and how to report a lesson issue on Rubilan?
Both students and teachers on Rubilan have a 72-hour window to report a problem regarding a lesson. After this time, lessons are automatically confirmed as completed, and credits are transferred to the teacher.
In the event of a lesson-related concern, it is important to maintain communication with your teacher or promptly reach out to Rubilan for assistance.
Here's the process to follow:
- Navigate to "My Lessons" and locate the problematic lesson within the "Waiting" category.
- Click on "there was a problem" situated on the right-hand side of the lesson page.
- Choose the specific lesson problem you're encountering and propose a suitable solution.
- Confirm your selection and await a response.
Upon reporting a lesson problem and suggesting a solution, the other party is granted a 3-day window to provide their response. If the proposed solution is accepted, the reported issue will be resolved based on the initially suggested resolution.
However, if the proposed solution is rejected, the lesson enters a state of dispute (Lesson Dispute).
Is it possible to retract a lesson problem request?
Certainly, provided that the other party has not yet responded to your problem request, you have the option to click on "withdraw problem request." This action will cancel the lesson problem report. You are allowed up to 3 days from the day of reporting the problem to withdraw the request.
Should you choose to withdraw the lesson problem request within the 72-hour post-lesson timeframe, the following options are available:
- Initiate a fresh lesson problem report.
- Conclude the lesson and provide feedback as usual.
Should the lesson problem request be withdrawn after the 72-hour period following the lesson, the lesson will be considered as completed, with credits transferred to the teacher.
