To ensure a thorough process, please adhere to the following steps:

Contact your teacher: During and after the lesson's scheduled time, attempt to establish contact with your teacher to ascertain their availability.

No response from teacher: If you receive no response from the teacher, proceed to report the issue.

Report the problem: Select the relevant lesson problem category, such as "teacher did not attend and did not give prior notice," and indicate your proposed solution.
At this point, the teacher will be granted a 3-day timeframe to respond to your report. Should both parties agree upon the suggested solution, the reported problem will be resolved based on the proposed resolution. In cases where the proposed solution is rejected, Rubilan will engage in a Lesson Dispute resolution process. A final decision will be reached, drawing from the information and details provided by both the student and teacher.
