Lesson Packages on Rubilan are meticulously crafted and offered by our esteemed educators. Here's an overview of these packages:

  • Validity Period: Each package retains its validity for a period of six (6) months. The precise expiry date can be found on the Package page. To ensure seamless utilization, it's imperative that all lessons are completed before this expiration date.

  • Scheduling Crucial: During the process of scheduling a package, it is mandatory to select a specific date and time for at least one lesson. This is a fundamental step to guarantee effective coordination.

  • Fixed Attributes: Once a package has been successfully scheduled, please note that adjustments to the teacher or lesson duration are not permissible. It's essential to make these determinations thoughtfully before confirming.

  • Extensions and Termination: In scenarios necessitating Package Extension or Package Termination, communication with the teacher is pivotal. Students are advised to engage in prior discussions with the teacher to facilitate the necessary arrangements. To embark on booking a package, follow these steps on a teacher's profile page:

  1. Click the "Book Now” button.
  2. Opt for the lesson level/type that aligns with your learning journey.
  3. Choose the desired lesson duration and package size (5/10/20 Lessons), and proceed by clicking "Next”.
  4. Conscientiously map out your lesson plan by scheduling one or more lessons. For added convenience, you can reference the "X lessons to schedule” counter on the top right. Upon confirmation, proceed by clicking "Next”.

On the Rubilan app, you can conveniently access the date and time details of your chosen lessons by selecting the icon located at the bottom left corner.

  1. Elect your preferred lesson communication tool (for more insights, explore "What is Rubilan Classroom?").
  2. Finalize your selection by opting for a new payment method or utilizing your existing Rubilan Credits.

Once your teacher accepts the lesson package request, you're all set! Your journey with your chosen package is ready to commence.
