As Safari version 15.x may hinder certain users from establishing a connection to our Classroom server, please consider the following workaround to ensure uninterrupted Classroom usage.

  1. Instead of enabling "NSURLSession WebSocket," follow these steps to disable it:

    • Open Safari and navigate to Preferences.
    • Click on the "Advanced" tab.
    • Check the box next to "Show Develop menu in menu bar."
    • Access the "Develop" menu from the top menu bar.
    • Choose "Experimental Features" from the dropdown.
    • Scroll down to locate "NSURLSession WebSocket."
    • Disable the "NSURLSession WebSocket" option.

  2. Alternatively, you can opt to use an alternate browser. We recommend Chrome as an excellent browser choice for utilizing Classroom. You can download Chrome by clicking here.
