Q: How will students be refunded?

If your students are not satisfied with their trial, they can contact our customer support team before confirming the lesson and then request the credits be returned. This increases their confidence when booking, and increases their chances of getting that booking. Our 100% satisfaction guarantee lesson can only be used on up to 2 trial lessons.
