Instant Lesson allows you to teach lessons at any time regardless of your teaching schedule and increase the number of lesson opportunities available to you.
What is Instant Lesson?
Instant Lessons allow students to start a lesson with you right away! After purchasing an Instant Lesson, Students can start learning with you in 5 minutes.
Things you should know about Instant Lessons:

Instant Lessons are independent of your available time slots.

Instant Lessons are currently only available for 30 minutes trial lessons.

These lessons are automatically accepted for you and will start 5 minutes after purchase.

If you have a lesson within the next 40 minutes, you can't be booked for an Instant Lesson.

All Instant Lessons must be taken in Rubilan Classroom.

Instant lessons cannot be canceled or rescheduled.
How do I enable Instant Lesson?
To enable Instant Lesson you’ll need to complete the following steps:

Offer a trial lesson

Enable lesson requests from all students

Turn on system notifications
You can enable Instant Lesson via your Teacher Dashboard or Teacher Settings:

Instant Lessons do not require an open time slot on your teacher calendar and can be booked at any time. Once you no longer want to offer Instant Lessons, make sure that you press the "Disable” button, as Instant Lesson requests cannot be declined or canceled.
Instant Lesson function will be disabled in the following situations:

You are inactive for 3 hours

After receiving an instant lesson request.

Having upcoming lessons for the next 40 minutes.
While Instant Lesson is enabled you’ll NOT be able to change the following features:

Vacation mode

Lesson request settings

Trial lesson settings
How will I be notified when a student books a lesson?
When a student books a lesson, you will receive an App push, and a Pop-up with sound.
To receive the notification in time, we strongly recommend you turn on the push notification on your Rubilan App, so you won’t miss any potential lesson requests.
