Students can request any lesson time 2, 6, or 12 hours in advance depending on a teacher's Lesson Request settings for the lesson and package requests.
A teacher must respond (accept, decline, change price, or change date/time) to the request within 48 hours or the lesson start time, whichever comes sooner. Otherwise, the request will expire.
If the student cancels the lesson request before the teacher responds, this will NOT count as an expired lesson request.
If you fail to respond to a lesson request in time, you will be reported by the system. For each report, Rubilan will send an email and a message to the teacher.
