How do I find my Zoom link, ID and passcode?

  1. Sign in to the Zoom website.
  2. Click Meetings, then Personal Room.

 

On the Zoom app interface, select the "Meeting” menu to find your meeting ID, meeting link and passcode.

How do I add Zoom as one of my Communication Tools?

  1. Go to https://teach.Rubilan.com/console/basic, then click "+Add a communication tool”.
  2. Fill in your personal meeting link, personal meeting ID, and passcode.

 

How do your students attend a lesson via Zoom?

Your student may click the "Enter Classroom via Zoom” button on the lesson detail page or log into Zoom directly with the Zoom meeting ID and passcode provided on the lesson detail page.
