What is the Contact Teacher Form and how do I set it up?

You can adjust your Contact form settings and your First lesson agenda as part of the First lesson preparation.

 

The contact teacher form allows teachers to set up a form for potential students to fill out before booking a lesson. You can select 2 to 4 pre-set questions to display in your contact teacher form and add your question to the form. Contact Teacher Form can be found under Teacher Setting - Lesson and Availability - First lesson preparation.

 

"What Language do you want to learn with me?” Will display by default if you teach more than one language, as well as "What’s your current language level?” Then you can choose to display other questions.  

 

From here you can also set your Auto-invitation which will send a prompt to students to fill out the contact form after accepting their first lesson request. (This only applies to requests made after the box is selected) 

 

You can also set your Auto-reply which will be sent to students after completing the Contact form. (This only applies to Contact forms filled out after the box is selected) 

 

While here don’t forget to set your First lesson agenda, to help students understand what you will do in the first lesson and set their expectations for the lesson.
